These Terms govern the purchase and use of ResolveTime ("the Software"), offered by Julian Sekora, Süderstraße 33, 24955 Harrislee, Germany ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Software you agree to these Terms.
Trial: A free, time-limited license valid for 14 days from first launch. All features are available. The trial expires automatically and cannot be extended.
One-Time Purchase: A perpetual, non-transferable license to use the current version of the Software. You may install it on up to 2 personal computers. No future updates are included. The Software will continue to function after purchase indefinitely.
Annual Subscription: A renewable license granting access to the current and all future versions released during the active subscription period. Renews automatically each year. You may cancel at any time; the license remains active until the end of the paid period.
One-Time Purchase licenses do not include updates. Annual Subscription licenses include all updates released while the subscription is active. We reserve the right to change pricing for future versions.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be compatible with all future versions of DaVinci Resolve or macOS.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of data, lost profits, or indirect damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Flensburg, Germany.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
Important: For digital products (software downloads), the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery. This consent is requested at checkout.
